This serum is noticeably thin and not tacky. I knew it was going to work from the packaging. I've used vitamin C from a dropper bottle which changed from clear to yellow color after three weeks of using but not this serum. This company did a good job on the packaging. My face glows and looks hydrated after I apply this serum. It also works on my rosacea. I love this serum.
